Egypt: Egypt Diabetes Association, Cairo
This project involves providing consultancy in the development of the association hospital and research centre. The project includes developing education and training opportunities for diabetes health service providers and undertaking research to improve the care, treatment and recovery of people with diabetes disorders.
The project also encompasses initiatives to increase public awareness and understanding of health issues specific to diabetes such as improving diabetes prevention and attitudes towards people with diabetes.
