

Your Experience of Service (YES) Survey
The Your Experience of Service (YES) survey is Australia’s national measure of consumer experience in mental health services. The YES survey is a voluntary survey for users of our service. The survey aims to help mental health services and consumers to work together to build better services.
The YES survey (eYES) is now available online in a wide range of languages: Arabic, Assyrian, Chinese - Traditional, Chinese - Simplified, Croatian, Dari, Dinka, English, Greek, Bahasa Indonesia, Italian, Korean, Macedonian, Nepali, Persian, Russian, Spanish, Tamil, Thai, Turkish and Vietnamese.
The eYES survey can be accessed here. Click on consumer or carer and then select your language from the drop down list.
To compete the survey consumers/ carers need to enter a service code. Please call us on (02) 9912 3851 to obtain our service code.
Hard copies of the survey are available from TMHC. Please phone on 9912 3851 to obtain copies.
